“Where do I even begin? La Sierra Casa has genuinely changed my life. Two years ago, I walked in having never written a song. Since then, I’ve released four of my own, supported incredible artists like Kyle Falconer, Reverend & The Makers, Cammy Barnes, Andrew Cushion, and Jamie Webster, and even played festivals such as Rock & Roll Circus in Sheffield.
But La Sierra Casa is so much more than a songwriting camp – what Wardy and the team have created is something truly special. It’s a place filled with heart, inspiration, and people who lift you up in ways you never expect. I’ve met friends who will be in my life forever and experienced opportunities I could only ever have dreamed of.
I was so nervous before going, and I almost didn’t. But taking that chance is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I honestly wouldn’t have the life I do now without it. If you’re thinking about going… just go. It could be the start of something amazing.”

“I first went out to La Sierra Casa when I was 18, absolutely bricking it. I’d barely been away from home on my own – suddenly I’m in a foreign country with a bunch of strangers, pretending I’m confident enough to write songs in front of them.
It gave me a level of confidence I didn’t know existed, a family of creatives who pushed me, and a belief that maybe – just maybe I could actually make a living from music.
Fast forward to 22, and I’m now a full-time musician and songwriter, playing large headline shows and major festivals. None of that would’ve happened without the Casa giving me a shot when I was a nervous wee guy with big dreams. La Sierra Casa has genuinely changed my life in a massive way and I couldn’t recommend it enough.”

“I’ve been incredibly lucky to experience La Sierra Casa not just once, but twice — and both times were absolute game-changers for my music career. The first time, I joined the Kyle Falconer camp – an artist I deeply admire. I spotted the camp on Instagram just as I was knee-deep in writing an album and knew I needed a burst of inspiration and a fresh environment to unlock my creativity. From the second I stepped onto the campgrounds, I was surrounded by insanely talented, like-minded musicians, and the energy was electric.
Every day felt like magic – walking around, watching people pour their hearts into songwriting and collaboration – it was exactly the spark I needed. That week alone, I wrote a bunch of songs that have gone on to be recorded and will feature on my next record!
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I saw the announcement for the Justin Hawkins camp from The Darkness — and I had to be there. That second camp completely blew me away. Writing alongside Justin himself was surreal, but the real highlight? Since then, I’ve just wrapped up a 7-week USA tour as a special guest opening act — the stuff dreams are made of! I owe so much to La Sierra Casa for opening these incredible doors.
If you’re on the fence about joining, here’s my loud and clear advice: DO IT! This camp will fuel your passion, supercharge your inspiration, and immerse you in the thrilling magic of music like nothing else can.”

“An experience like this is something that was out of my comfort zone but I’m glad I decided to go through with it as I can honestly say it changed my life!
I have made friends for life and started working professionally as a musician which before the casa I thought was an impossible task. There are songwriters of every level and all genres and zero judgement!
Truly the best place to create music with the best people to do it with! The location is unreal! Throw in some Spanish sun, local ‘delicacies’ and some pool games and you’ve got the coolest place on earth.“

“To be honest, when I got to the camp I felt like a little boy. I was nervous and excited and also wasn’t me most confident. But I soon realised everyone there was in a similar place and it was refreshing how many people were so open and just wanted to be creative.
And I learned a lot about myself and it gave me a lift that I needed. No mad egos, no controlling, no mind games – just let’s try and do the best we can in the time we have together and have fun at the same time.
When I came home I felt like a new person and I got me head out of the swamp. Can’t wait to go back and do it all again xx“
